Horrible... worst Hilton I've been to. Room's roof was full of cracks, base boards fully broken, and the restroom had multiple pills inside the restroom cabinet. Was not able to rest as the room assigned had some weird mechanical noise that went on during the entire visit. No parking near. It showed parking reserved for Diamond members, but either it's not really enforced, or I was never reserved a spot as the receptionist didn't even bother to mention it. IThis stay opened my eyes as it shows Hilton doesn't really care for brand loyalty. Disgusting and noisy room, 1 star.

Breakfast was good and the food attendants were super, making sure everything was filled with both hot and cold food and beverages. Parking was very good. I would come back only if not placed on the top floor.

The person who checked me in requires intensive customer service training. In the hospitality business, even with the best-equipped hotel and all the amenities, world-class customer service is paramount. While I enjoyed my stay, I would suggest placing greater emphasis on how the team interacts with customers

Was placed on the 3rd floor. Right above us was the air conditioner unit. It was noisy and it seemed like it was "trobbing" or surging. I mentioned it at checkout and the front desk was aware and the owners was aware. NO apology.

Great location, near stores and restaurants (Red Lobster and Outback are in the same parking lot as the hotel). There are also several other good places to eat nearby. We stayed here for a family trip to Legoland. It was very close to Legoland, only 3 miles. The rooms were decently clean. The shower was not great, no water pressure at all. There are no microwaves in the rooms, however there is one downstairs. Our towels were not replaced without request, even when setting the dirty towels out in the hall, as requested by hotel staff. The breakfast staff was wonderful and attentive. Things were stocked frequently, the tables were cleaned, and the staff offered to help often. We would stay here again if we were to take another trip to Legoland.

Stayed here during hurricane idalia (we had to leave our house in Hillsborough evac zone a)... rooms and staff were nice. Only complaint is that everyone smokes right infront of the rear door, so I would imagine staying in those rooms would be less than ideal, but I am sure the staff would move you as they were kind and accommodating

Booked several rooms at different times to meet up with my daughters and grandchild. The front desk clerk was not only able to get us all on the same floor but got us checked in early. Her name was Fay, and she was extremely nice. The rooms were clean, and a/c was digitally controlled. The room had numerous outlets. Breakfast was very good, but the breakfast area was small. Seating was limited at times. Jackie was a huge help in getting my group all together at breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely book here again if I needed to.
